You are responsible for ensuring that any store, URL, or environment you add to LayerWolf is one you are legally authorized to monitor.

Paid billing features may not yet be active in all environments or workflows. Enterprise or custom commercial arrangements may be governed by separate written terms.

LayerWolf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Monitoring results, alerts, classifications, and revenue estimates are operational tools only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerWolf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LayerWolf for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no payment has been made, a reasonable minimum amount permitted under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to LayerWolf if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk for the service or other users, or if we decide to discontinue the relevant offering.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and legal enforcement.

Continued use of LayerWolf after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
